More about me...

I started shooting weddings back in 2001 with a fellow photographer in Southampton, Hampshire.

I spent 9 years shooting as a second photographer with Chess Photography before I decided it was time to be my own boss and took the plunge in 2011 and started Lisa Gigante Photography.

Ive shot close to 900 weddings in that 20 plus year window, ive seen pretty much and dealt with pretty much everything you could throw at me (good and bad!)

Im extremely experienced, highly skilled and hugely adaptable to all situations. Ive shot at all sorts of venues, times of day, weather conditions and lighting situations.

Im professionally and technically trained as a photographic darkroom printer, digital technician and photographer, and I actually started my career as a forensic and medical/biological photographer at Southampton Uni Medical School back in 1993 (ive still got the certificates somewhere if anyone wants to see them!).

If you want someone with masses of photography experience then youre in the right place.

Im also extremely laid back, a pretty good laugh and love photography still after all these years...
